Delivery & Returns




We aim to deliver any UK orders for stock items as soon as possible and this includes delivery to UK mainland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, N.Ireland, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands.

Where possible we will aim to ship in stock items within 1-2 working days. 

We send each item out via Royal Mail 1st class post, which takes between 2-5 days. 

For items that are made to order, including the browbands and spurs, please allow between 7-10 working days to be made and then posted. Although we will endeavour to make and send your order as quickly as possible. 

Please note if you have ordered and in stock item and a customisable item, all items will be sent once the customisable item has been made.  As such the in stock item will not be shipped within 1-2 working days.  If this a problem, please don't hesitate to contact us to arrange earlier shipment of the in stock item. 


We offer a 1st class tracked and signed for service via royal mail. 

If you require your items more urgently, please do not hesitate to contact us for prices to send them next day delivery.


  1. What shall I do if my package doesn't arrive? Please allow 14 days for your package to arrive, if you have any queries or concerns at all during this time, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  2. Which address do you deliver too? We will deliver to the address that you indicate on your order form - this includes delivery to work addresses. 
  3. Do I need to sign for my package? You will need to sign for your package, yes. So please leave us any instructions upon check out if you are concerned.  


We are very pleased to be able to offer international shipping. The cost of this varies according to value, weight and volume of your parcel along with its destination. 

Simply choose your country from the drop down menu at the checkout, the shipping costs will automatically be added.

All international deliveries require a signature when they're delivered.

Please remember import duties may be due for any international deliveries. Please check with your local customs office before you place your order as we do not collect or pay these taxes; it is your responsibility to do so.

Sorry, but we don't deliver to BFPO addresses.

All parcels are delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed  which means you can rest assured knowing your order is in safe hands.

VAT on International Orders

Inside the EU: Paragon Equestrian is required by law to charge and collect VAT on orders placed through our website for deliveries to the EU. All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT and for customers with an EU delivery address, UK VAT will be charged. 

Outside the EU: For deliveries outside the EU, VAT will not be charged. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer different prices in different countries and we only have one price on our website for all countries.



As each browband, stock pin and pair of spurs is handmade up to order we do not accept returns.

However should you wish to exchange the browband for a different size then please return the item and notify us as soon as possible. You may return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange. We ask that the item(s) are returned in their original, as new condition, unworn and unwashed with their tags attached. Items which have been worn, washed or are damaged in any way will invalidate this offer.

We will be dispatch your exchanged item free of charge, once the unsuitable item has been returned. 

Please note that you will be liable to cover the postage costs of the returned items. We strongly advise using a signed for delivery when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for any returns that are lost in the post.
